Customer Service Agent up to £18.5k.

Must have exprience as either a GSA, Cargo Airline Reservations, Customer Services or freight frowarders. Your duties will include: Booking reservations, Giving quotations, File costing, Liasing with operational staff regarding specific handling requirements, Liasing with airlines regarding contract rates, Maintaining and updating the in-house system etc. Must have a good telephone manner and be able to communicate with people at all levels.
