Sales/ Telesales Assistant Up To £18k.
Working for a medium courier company, You must have at least Two years previous experience working in a Sales/ Telesales position in the courier industry. The first half of the day will consist of Cold calling and backing up the sales staff when needed. The Second half of the day will consist of dealing with complaints and problem shipments, AWB's, Record keeping, updating and maintaining the client data base and general admin.
