Variance Analyst Clerk Up To £16kaae

Working for a Medium Courier company in their busy Accounts department. Your duties will include Data Input of purchase ledger invoice details, Analysing various reports, finding out why costs are high, Producing variance reports that list all overcharges which have occurred on each invoice reconciled, checking invoices, producing variance reports to find out if there are any other charges that has been missed, checking prices, checking and then passing invoices ready for payment, liaising with agents over the phone/ email sorting out queries and overcharges, liaising with departments internally to sort out queries related to charges and any other adhoc duties that may occur. Must have an excellent telephone manner and be good with figures. Someone with accounts and courier experience a bonus but not essential as training will be given.
