Purchase Ledger Clerk Up To £20k.
Working for a Medium Freight company in their busy Accounts department. You duties will include logging all suppliers invoices, solving any account queries over the phone or email, liaising with the operations personnel with regards to invoices, arranging payments to both UK and foreign suppliers, Checking all supplier statements to ensure only requested payment is made or in accordance with agreed terms, advise payments to accounts manager at the end of month for checking, Bank / Loan reconciliations and general Admin. You will need to know the systems Opera 11, Boxtop, Excel and Word.
