PA to Airfreight Director Up To £25k

Working for a large freight forwarder as a PA to the Airfreight Director. Your duties will include Customer care calls to existing clients, providing spot quotes and tariffs to new / existing clients, arranging appointments and visits for new business, producing monthly reports, updating the Directors electronic and desk diary, arranging overseas travel, flights, accommodation, visas, arranging meetings for the Airfreight director, putting together overseas visitor agendas and schedules, typing letters and faxes as required, reception cover and any other duties that may occur. You must have previous experience in this position working for a freight company. Excel, Word and PowerPoint essential.
