Working for a Medium Courier Company in their busy Customer Service department. You must have at least two years previous experience as a Courier customer service clerk. Duties include Tracking and tracing, Issuing Pod's, Liasing with clients and operational staff, Quoting rates, customer service queries and General admin duties. Flexibility essential as there is a slight shift with this position.
