Working for a Large Courier Company in their busy Operations Depertment. Your duties will include tracking and tracing, Issuing PODs, Taking bookings over the phone, Liasing with agents, Quoting rates, Liasing with operational staff and general Customer serivces. This is a permenant Night shift position Consisting of a 4on 4off basis. Good Telephone manner essential.
