ROAD FREIGHT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR £25-28K
MONDAY- FRIDAY 11:00-20:00
Daily duties would include:

  • Overseeing 3 operatives
  • Dealing with road freight (import & exports)
  • Arranging collections and deliveries
  • Taking bookings
  • Manifest daily export trailer
  • Liaising with hauliers to provide quotes for special collections/ deliveries
  • Processing POD’s
  • Ensuring shipments are processed within a timely manner
  • Tracking shipments and updating customer
  • Invoicing
  • Handling customers queries
  • Data entry and general admin

BOND AND CUSTOMS SUPPORT COORDINATOR £25K
MONDAY- FRIDAY 03:00-12:00
Daily duties would include:

  • Manage and maintain customs inventory systems/ log
  • Liaise with customs team to ensure smooth movement of freight thought the warehouse
  • To assist the customs team and finance team in following up unpaid customs charges
  • Liaise with border force on any issues raised
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Load and unload goods
  • Picking, loading and scanning goods
  • Ensure all warehouse duties are completed within a timely manner
  • Accountable for maintaining all freight in the warehouse and bond
  • Ensure health and safety requirements
  • To identify discrepancy and report to management

Daily duties would include:

  • Dealing with road freight
